We do request that guests on resort please notify us of anything that does not meet their standards via the Loop system, which is a direct line to resort management, as we are always willing to work with our guests to make sure you walk away feeling like your stay was money well spent. Training continues to be a vital part of our improvement plan and as such, we have shared your feedback regarding our cleanliness standards and general service with our Training and Development Manager for action as required, in order to prevent any recurrences of this nature.
